The value for money at this hotel was excellent - we got so much for what we paid! The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely balcony. The staff treated us like VIPs, always going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They even bought special tea for us to take home and spoiled us with extra yogurt at breakfast. The location was perfect - just a short tuk tuk ride away from the city center, yet peaceful and quiet. We can't wait to come back!
Breakfast delights, but it could be improved by offering a buffet option with more variety. The toasts were not toasted properly, and the portions were a bit small.

We had a fantastic stay at Charming Angkor Resort & Spa. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with beautiful views of the pool. The bathrooms were luxurious, with spacious baths and raindrop showers. We loved the free Khmer massage and the relaxing chpong after a busy day. The hotel's tuk tuk service made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions. The staff's excellent English and their willingness to help made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
We can recommend this hotel.

Rooms are spacious with large beds, and the breakfast is delicious. Connecting family rooms have two big rooms and bathrooms with the option to keep the door open. The staff is helpful, arranging tours and providing a free tuk-tuk service to nearby attractions. The pool and British TV channels in the well-equipped rooms add to the enjoyable experience.

We loved this place! It is located in a calm area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was super friendly and provided excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The in-room safe ensured our belongings were secure. We appreciated the dining table where we could enjoy our meals. The free toiletries and dryer were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the entertainment options provided, such as the television, alarm clock, and CD player. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The swimming pool was refreshing and the Wi-Fi was reliable.
We highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Loved riding the complimentary bicycles, especially when I got lost! The front desk was so helpful when I needed transport rental, luggage storage, and a BBQ rental. The spa, sauna, and pool were perfect for relaxing. when they weren't overrun with screaming children.
Oh, the joy of hearing kids splashing in the pool all day long. Couldn't ask for a better soundtrack to my peaceful getaway.

Breakfast and staff were exceptional. The facilities, including a beautiful pool and sauna, were impressive. The location was convenient, nestled near two local markets and a short ride away from both the town square and the lively pub street.
Nothing could have been better.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport with easy access to the city center. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the friendly service. the breakfast was delicious, with a surprising variety of food options. the rooms were comfortable, with hot showers and helpful staff. the spa services were also enjoyable.
The hotel had some issues with communication, as the staff did not always inform us of complimentary services or pricing details.

The bathtub was big enough for two people and the breakfast was tasty. the hotel was situated away from the main tourist area, which provided a peaceful environment.
The hotel was difficult to find and locals were unfamiliar with the area. It was also located quite far from town and walking in the heat was uncomfortable.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the lovely swimming pool and the very friendly staff. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which is great for relaxation, but still close enough to the city center for easy access.
There was only one choice on the menu, and the quality and taste of the food was mediocre. the cleaning could have been improved, especially in the shower.

The staff at this resort were absolutely incredible - so friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Smey, in particular, was a superstar. The free tuk tuk service was a great perk and the driver was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and affordable, and they even packed breakfast for our early flight. The massage and sauna were a luxurious bonus, and the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with British TV channels. The pool was gorgeous and the perfect spot to relax. We also loved using the free tuk tuk to explore the nearby nightlife. The staff's excellent English skills made communication easy, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back for another peaceful getaway!
